"The Security Council draws the attention of Russia, the CSTO and the international community to the continuing aggressive actions of the Azerbaijani Armed Forces, emphasizing that these actions are directed against the sovereignty, territorial integrity of the country, regional security and stability, and also contradict the provisions of the trilateral statement of November 9, 2020," TASS message.
Earlier, Armenian Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan said that Azerbaijani troops invaded Armenia on one of the eastern sections of the border.
Meanwhile, Azerbaijan reported that on the night of November 15, the Armenian Armed Forces fired at the positions of the Azerbaijani army in the villages of Zeylik and Ellia of the Kelbajar region from their positions in the village of Yukhari Shorja in the Basarkechar region.

It is noted that the positions of the Azerbaijani Armed Forces "were subjected to intensive shelling from the opposite side from firearms of various calibers, including sniper rifles and grenades."
